Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Technician at McCann Systems. The Lead Technician will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to audiovisual system integration and installation. This includes system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and client support. The Lead Technician will work closely with project managers and collaborate with other technicians to ensure successful project implementation.

- Strong technical skills in setting up and operating audiovisual equipment
- Knowledge of audiovisual standards and best practices
- Ability to interpret and implement system designs and schematics

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in the audiovisual or related industry is a plus
- Industry certifications such as CTS or CTS-D are a plus
