The Star in Frisco, Texas is now home to a striking new $360 million, 15-story Financial Services Headquarters.
McCann was tasked with delivering a comprehensive, building-wide audiovisual integration—spanning a broadcast-level auditorium, an immersive lobby experience with custom digital content, and hundreds of meeting spaces. This design-build project was executed in multiple phases over two years and required close collaboration with all trades during both engineering and on-site installation.
At the heart of the lobby is a 54-foot, 1.6mm curved LED wall, creating a welcoming and modern entry experience. Custom-designed content, regularly refreshed via a content management system, keeps the space dynamic and aligned with brand messaging throughout the day.
The auditorium boasts a 32:9 main LED wall, complemented by a 16:9 LED wall in the divisible portion of the space. Sony 13,000-lumen projectors provide additional display flexibility. The space is fully equipped with a broadcast-quality control room, supporting both live event streaming and high-quality recording.
For additional broadcast needs, the facility includes a dedicated production studio featuring a 1.6mm LED green screen backdrop and its own control room.
Across every floor, McCann integrated AV solutions into a range of collaboration spaces—including training rooms, large and small conference rooms, and huddle spaces. These Zoom-certified environments make communication seamless.
Digital signage throughout the building displays live TV and curated internal content, easily managed through a centralized system.
A standout feature is a custom, freestanding, double-sided beveled LED screen located in a lounge area designed to foster employee engagement and connection.
With this project, McCann delivered a sophisticated and scalable AV ecosystem that supports communication, branding, and collaboration across the entire headquarters.
