CHARLOTTE, North Carolina – McCann Systems renews its commitment to support the American Heart Association as returning sponsors of this year’s Heart Ball. The annual event will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2017, at the NASCAR Hall of Fame.
As co-sponsors of the Media Wall, McCann Systems and long-time partner Cisco are working with the 93-year old organization to bring awareness and education to the masses through social media. Posts from Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram which feature the hashtags #CLTHeartBall #McCannHasHeart #CiscoHasHeart will be highlighted on a massive display for all attendees to view, like, and share throughout the event.
“McCann Systems’ participation in the Heart Ball signifies a deep commitment to giving back to the local community and supporting worthy causes.” Josh Bittner, Senior Vice President of Sales, continues, “We are proud to be part of the event and helping to further the AHA’s efforts.”
The annual gala event celebrates the American Heart Association chapter’s work and mission, their donors and volunteers, and – most importantly – the lives saved and improved because of this combination. Last year’s Heart Ball campaign raised over $71 million last year to fund research and programs across the United States.
