McCann Systems is seeking an Audiovisual Support Staff candidate who is experienced with technical live event broadcasting. This role will take direction from the Producers to support the technological coordination of meetings and events while delivering a high level of service to internal teams, clients, and guests.

Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and strike AV systems including audio, video, conferencing, displays, and room controls.
- Provide on-site technical support during meetings and events.
- Assist with event preparation, content readiness, and equipment checks.
- Troubleshoot AV and basic network issues in real time.
- Support Producers and event organizers with technical needs and execution.
- Maintain clear communication and follow-up before, during, and after events.
- Support multiple events as scheduled.
- Work collaboratively with other technicians and internal partners.
- Occasionally work early, late, or weekend hours based on event needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience supporting corporate meetings or live events.
- Working knowledge of AV systems and event technology.
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills.
- Comfortable in client- and guest-facing environments.
- Organized, reliable, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to learn AV control/configuration systems.
Hours:
- Minimum 40 Hours, Monday – Friday
- Must be flexible to work additional hours and on weekends as required on an overtime basis.
Location:
- Reporting to the customer site(s) daily.
