JB&B’s AV team worked with McCann Systems to deliver a comprehensive audiovisual solution for their new headquarters at 55 Water Street in New York City, creating a technology framework to enhance communication, collaboration, and workplace engagement across various environments. The project included a town hall space, executive boardroom, VIP conference room, huddle spaces, digital signage, wayfinding displays, and supporting AV infrastructure. Jaros, Baum & Bolles, a consulting engineering firm that recently joined Trinity Consultants as part of their Built Environment division, completed the design and assisted with the integration, commissioning, and programming of the new system.
At the center of the deployment is the Town Hall, a spacious gathering space intended for companywide meetings, training sessions, presentations, and special events. A direct-view LED video wall serves as the room’s central feature, delivering impactful visual experiences for both in-person and hybrid audiences. Integrated PTZ cameras, wireless microphone systems, intelligent audio processing, and reliable LEA amplifiers ensure presenters and participants can interact effectively, on or off-site.
The Boardroom and VIP Conference Room were designed to facilitate executive collaboration and high-performance video conferencing. Multiple display systems and integrated camera solutions create a positive meeting experience for in-person and remote participants. Intuitive touch-panel controls and scheduling tools simplify room management while maintaining a clean look.
Additional conference rooms and huddle spaces throughout the office were unified to provide a consistent user experience. Each room is equipped with integrated conferencing technology, professional audio systems, and flexible content-sharing capabilities, enabling employees to easily transition between spaces while maintaining their workflow.

Beyond collaboration spaces, McCann and JB&B’s team deployed digital signage and communication solutions throughout the facility, including lobby signage, digital wayfinding, and specialty displays. These systems improve navigation, boost workplace communication, and enhance visitor experiences. Supporting the entire deployment is a centralized AV-over-IP backbone that provides flexible content distribution, streamlined management, and scalability for future growth.
