A Sneak Peek at Commercial AV’s Biggest Event
InfoComm 2025 is right around the corner (June 11-13th), and McCann Systems will be there in full force. This year, our engineering department will attend the show in Orlando. You’ll see us on the showroom floor, in training sessions, and connecting with industry peers throughout the week.
Before the convention opens, our team will arrive early for training and certification testing. We believe in investing in our staff to stay ahead of commercial AV trends and design innovations, and InfoComm is the event to do so.
Thinking of attending InfoComm this June? Here’s what you must see.

What Makes InfoComm 2025 Stand Out?
Last year’s InfoComm drew more than 30,000 attendees from 125 countries, and this year’s event promises even more, with 150 new exhibitors alongside industry mainstays.
We value InfoComm as a glimpse into where our industry is headed. For instance, the “2030 Vision: The Future of AV” panel on June 12th features leaders from Crestron, Shure, Diversified, and AVIXA, and will offer critical insight into new commercial AV technologies that will shape system design, integration, and managed services in the coming decade.
Highlights We’re Watching For
With over 800 exhibitors this year, there’s no shortage of things to see at InfoComm 2025. Here’s a sample of what we’re most excited about.
AI in the Workplace
More than 200 companies will be presenting smart conferencing solutions, including AI-powered meeting assistants and multi-camera hybrid work systems.
On June 11th, Google, NV5, and other thought leaders will present “Trend Forecast: Conferencing and Collaboration” at the Technology Innovation Stage (Booth #2461). We’ll be listening for practical applications of AI for smarter meeting spaces and environmental controls.
Must-See AV
On the showroom floor, we’re tracking down LG’s new razor-thin OLED displays, direct-view LED signage options, and outdoor high-brightness displays (#4142). Last year, transparent LEDs captured a lot of attention, and we’re eager to see what’s next.
At the Sony booth (#2001), we’re looking forward to the new 4K HDR Bravia Professional Displays, Direct View LED displays, and PTZ cameras with AI-enhanced analytics. Speaking of which…
AI-Enhanced Cameras
AVer Information (#3181) and OBSBOT (#5351) will both showcase AI-driven, auto-tracking cameras for video conferencing and videography, respectively. We’re curious how these technologies could enhance meeting room designs, lecture capture, and hybrid event production.
Beyond the Showroom Floor
InfoComm isn’t just about looking at new technology (although that is a major component) But it’s also about building community. InfoComm is offering an exclusive Night at Universal Studios, with after-hours admission, plus an AVIXIA Women’s Breakfast. In our experience, events like these create a fun, informal space to continue the conversations started during the day.
Will We See You at InfoCom?
