The annual competition recognizes emerging leaders who make a meaningful impact on the commercial AV industry through technical expertise, leadership, and innovation. This year’s recognition also marks the 12th consecutive year that a McCann employee has been named to this prestigious list, reflecting the company’s continued investment in developing industry-leading talent and advancing excellence across the Pro AV landscape. “It’s especially meaningful to be part of a company that has been represented on this list for the past 12 years, a reflection of the talent and dedication that define McCann,” Al added.
As Regional Applications Engineering Manager, Al oversees the technical execution of AV projects by ensuring designs meet not only McCann’s engineering standards, but also client standards. He also supports commissioning efforts and maintains quality and client satisfaction throughout the implementation process, consistently helping ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.
Al is recognized for his commitment to excellence and continuous growth, with a disciplined approach to quality assurance that ensures every project performs reliably. In his management role, he remains closely connected to his team’s day-to-day work, leading with a hands-on mindset that keeps him technically engaged and aligned with the realities of the field. He also places strong emphasis on building long-term client relationships, representing McCann with professionalism and consistency in every interaction.
This recognition also arrives as Al marks a significant personal milestone: his 10th anniversary with McCann Systems.
“As I celebrate my 10th anniversary with the company, I’ve spent a lot of time reflecting on how much we’ve grown and the incredible work we’ve accomplished together over the years. I’ve come to appreciate that while technology is constantly changing, the relationships we build with our clients are what create lasting value.
