In the heart of Denver’s RiNo Art District, a leading energy provider built a beautiful headquarters to match its commitment to innovation, community, and sustainability. McCann led the audiovisual design and installation for the new 220,000-square-foot Energy Company Headquarters. The six-story, heavy timber structure will serve as a regional HQ and collaborative hub for over a thousand employees.
The project required scalable, intuitive AV solutions that supported a hybrid work model, integrated with Microsoft Teams, and aligned with the building’s high-performance and sustainability certifications, including LEED and WiredScore. With more than 60 unique AV installations, ranging from huddle spaces to a high-tech boardroom and divisible conference center, the completed AV system had to deliver consistency and flexibility across every space.
McCann deployed a range of Microsoft Teams Room solutions scaled to the needs of each space. Huddle rooms, private offices, and small conference rooms featured Logitech Rally Bars, Neat Boards, and Crestron scheduling panels. Medium and large conference rooms incorporated 4K UHD displays, AI-enabled cameras like the AVer Cam 570, and full Biamp audio systems for clear and even sound distribution.
At the executive level, the boardroom features a custom 136″ 4K LED wall, advanced camera switching with Crestron 1Beyond, and voice-tracking audio- all integrated via a Crestron DM-NVX system for easy AV-over-IP routing.
The conference center includes 14 displays, 9 cameras, 28 speakers, making it capable of hosting complex, hybrid events. Jupiter Pana 105 displays in Teams Signature Rooms offer a cinematic ultrawide experience that aligns with Microsoft’s latest front-row standards.
The AV infrastructure supports thousands of users daily, offering intuitive, consistent functionality across rooms while staying true to the project’s sustainability goals. With a service SLA and future-proofed AV technology, McCann Systems helped this energy leader build a workplace that’s as dynamic and resilient as its mission.
