A financial services company recently invested in themselves, bringing an entire floor of new technology to 730 Third in New York. You’ll notice integrated audio and 65″ displays for custom content, wayfinding, and the day’s schedule as you pass through the lobby. The Executive Board Center highlights five UC&C spaces that are fit for a command center.

The Manhattan office building Park Avenue Plaza stretches 44 floors above street level and has recently had several meeting rooms feature modern AV technology designed and installed by McCann Systems.

The new corporate audiovisual technology buildout at 340 Madison Avenue belongs to a world-leading global financial services firm- one that pays strict attention to detail. When planning an audiovisual remodel, it helps to have an AV integrator that collaborates well with others. In this case, McCann Systems worked with the client themselves, two general contractors, two architects of record, and a separate engineering group to achieve optimal results.

Nasdaq Global Headquarters – Times Square, NYC

Nasdaq relocated its global headquarters to 4 Times Square in New York City, the former Condé Nast building, and McCann Systems was behind the Audiovisual and technology integration for the 145,000 sqft project. The brand-new 10th floor includes an outdoor terrace, complete with a smart audio system built into bollard-like speakers. The 2,100 sqft terrace is built above the world-famous Nasdaq Tower and overlooks iconic Times Square.

150 Media Stream – Chicago, Illinois

A modern day architectural phenomenon, the site known as 150 North Riverside is one of Chicago’s most sought after corporate addresses. Located in Chicago’s West Loop, the massive riverfront tower enhances the historic skyline then funnels down to the site’s very compact footprint, utilizing the air rights over adjacent train tracks. A lofty glass-enclosed lobby provides open space for 150 Media Stream, a digital art installation unlike anything in the United States.

NASDAQ OMX Marketsite – New York, New York

The video wall at the MarketSite studio is operational 24-hours a day, 5 days a week. It broadcasts about 100 daily, live updates for a variety of financial networks including CNBC, Bloomberg TV, Reuters, CNBD India, Business Week and others. With this unremitting schedule, the studio could not afford to be down at all during the work week. To accommodate the zero downtime mandates, McCann specialists worked long weekends from Memorial Day through July 4th. The Digital revamp included replacing each cube one at a time, aligning it, and color balancing it so the wall would be ready for broadcast use each Monday morning.

Nasdaq Marketsite – New York, New York

Nasdaq is renowned for providing trading, exchange technology, information and public company services, enabling customers to navigate today’s global capital markets.  As the creator of the world’s first electronic stock market, its technology powers more than 70 marketplaces in 50 countries.  The organization’s most recognizable location, the Nasdaq MarketSite at New York City’s Time Square, is the setting for the ceremonious Opening and Closing Bells, respectively marking the start and end of each trading day.   McCann Systems was appointed to design, engineer, and install considerable audiovisual upgrades throughout the ground and second floors.

Bethel Woods Center for the Arts – Bethel, New York

Built on the site of the 1969 Woodstock Festival, the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts is home to a 10,000 sq. ft. museum. The museum serves as an educational and informational facility examining the social and cultural legacy of the 60’s as well as the evolution of popular music.
McCann Systems created the audio visual environment for the museums immersive, multimedia exhibits, interactive displays and the accompanying AV control systems.
